These Terms govern your use of Yoni Coach Online and the online and in-person coaching services offered by Yoni Ouaki, operating under the Yoni Coach brand in Tel-Aviv, Israel. By using the website, booking a session or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Services and eligibility: Services include digital workout programs, remote coaching and in-person training. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into a contract. Minors may use services only with the consent and supervision required by law.

Bookings, payments and subscriptions: Prices, billing frequency and service details shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may stop a subscription before its next renewal through the available account tools or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewal; payments for a billing period that has already begun are not refunded, except where mandatory law gives you a cancellation, refund or other right. Specific booking, rescheduling and no-show terms displayed when you book also apply.

Health and safety: Coaching is educational fitness guidance and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult an appropriate health professional before starting, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy or other concern. Follow instructions, use suitable equipment and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms. Physical activity carries inherent risks.

Intellectual property and conduct:  Programs, videos, text, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Yoni Coach and are for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, share, resell, misuse the website, interfere with its operation or harass others. Access may be suspended for material breach, subject to applicable law.

Third parties and liability: Wix, payment, booking and other third-party services may have their own terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees of specific fitness results, and liability is limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from a breach. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Israeli law governs these Terms, and competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules. If versions differ, the English version is the reference, subject to mandatory law.
