Depending on what type of training you want (solo, duo, or group), we will customize the different phases of your fitness journey in terms of duration and intensity. These phases are generally divided into: Evaluation, Learning & Improving Technique, Achieving your goals and Stabilization.

IN PERSON WORKOUT SESSIONS
1. EVALUATION
The first phase is to evaluate your general level and physical abilities, as well as any medical info. This helps me understand what you’re capable of in terms of endurance and strength and avoids injuries. Based on your evaluation, I will create an objective and follow-up sheet for your fitness journey.
2. LEARNING & IMPROVING TECHNIQUE
Whether you’re at an advanced level or a beginner, it’s always possible to improve the way we perform exercises at the gym. In this phase, we will build a solid foundation for your evolution by focusing on proper execution rather than high performance.
3. ACHIEVING THE GOALS
Once you learn the proper technique for all exercises, we’ll focus on improving performance in a progressive way to reach the goals you chose.
4. STABILISATION
This last phase marks a transition; you can be proud, your first objectives have been reached. It is necessary to maintain these results over time, through the assiduous practice of exercises at the level of performance acquired. During this same phase, we will establish your new goals.
